1. 회원가입, 상담, 서비스 신청 시 이메일 주소, 휴대전화번호를 수집할 수 있습니다.

3. 이벤트 또는 프로모션 참여 시 이름, 이메일 주소, 휴대전화번호, 생년월일, 성별을 수집할 수 있습니다.
4. 서비스 이용 과정에서 암호화된 단말기 식별자, PUSH 토큰, 방문 일시, 이용 기록 등이 생성·수집될 수 있습니다.
5. 개인정보는 웹페이지, 애플리케이션, Q&A 게시판, 이벤트 응모, 제휴사를 통한 제공 방식으로 수집될 수 있습니다.
6. 인종, 민족, 사상, 신조, 정치적 성향, 건강 상태, 성생활 등 민감하거나 기본적 인권 침해 우려가 있는 정보는 요구하지 않습니다.

9PX는 원칙적으로 본 방침에 명시된 범위를 초과하여 개인정보를 이용하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

2. 수사, 재판, 행정 목적 등 관계 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우
3. 통계 작성, 학술 연구, 시장 조사 목적으로 특정 개인을 식별할 수 없도록 가공한 경우
4. 기타 관계 법령에 따른 절차적 요청이 있는 경우

영업 양도, 합병, 상속 등으로 권리·의무가 이전되는 경우에는 관련 사실을 회원에게 고지합니다.

1. 이용자와 법정대리인은 언제든지 본인 또는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 조회, 수정, 탈퇴 요청할 수 있습니다.

서면 정보는 분쇄기로 파기하고, 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 기술적 방식으로 삭제합니다.
